Restore Lemma Plus on a new phone
Open Settings, then Restore purchases. Sign in with Apple first if you want your notebook and circles to come with you.
Cancel Lemma Plus
Settings, then Manage subscription. Apple handles the billing, so you can also cancel in your iPhone's Settings under your name. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
Delete your account
Settings, then Delete account. Your solves, circles and notebook are removed from our server at once. Deleting the app alone does not delete the account.
Get a copy of your data
Write to us and we send everything we hold about you within 30 days.
Reminders don't arrive
Check that notifications are on for Lemma in your iPhone's Settings, then pick a time in Lemma's Settings.
What does Lemma Plus cost?
$19.99 a year with 7 days free, or $2.99 a month. The family plan is $29.99 a year with 7 days free, shared with up to 6 people through Family Sharing. Prices are shown in your currency in the App Store. One lemma a day is free forever.
How does the family plan work?
The person who buys it turns on Family Sharing in their Apple account. Up to 6 people in that family group get Lemma Plus on their own phones, each with their own notebook and sequence.
